NORMA Group AG acquired Connectors Verbindungstechnik AG ("Connectors") effective 19 April 2012. The parties agreed to maintain confidentiality on the details of the transaction.

NORMA Group AG has launched a tamper-proof worm-drive clamp. The NORMACLAMP TORRO Tamper Proof comes with a special bolt head that can only be mounted and removed by way of a matching tool.
