NORMAQUICK® PS3 quick connectors are made from recyclable materials. The standard versions contain polyamide 6.6 with 30% glass fibre content.
The standard material used for the O-rings is peroxide crosslinked EPDM that is resistant to hot water. If NORMAQUICK® PS3 quick connectors are to come into direct contact with cooling liquid, we recommend PA 6.6 with 30% glass fibre content that has been specially stabilised against heat and hydrolysis. In the case of special applications (e.g. charged air ducts), we can also produce NORMAQUICK® PS3 quick connectors from other technical thermoplastics with different filling levels and filling materials.
