SCM provides centralised planning of production processes, with respect to customer demands, as well as the necessary transportation technology, which results in perfect adaptation to customer needs. This makes it possible for us to offer the desired service to any group despite differing requirements by customers from different fields of business.
By harmonising our purchase activities within a strongly grown company group, we are able to receive raw materials and components from the most attractive markets, worldwide, in order to use them in our plants located round the globe.

NORMA Germany GmbH and NORMA Distribution Center GmbH both successfully applied for the Authorised Economic Operator status (AEO-C). The status has been granted by German Customs Authorities in January 2011 and October 2010 respectively. A first decisive step has been made in order to still ensure a cross-border flow of goods without delays.
