NORMA Group honored as an employer of young talentsMaintal, Germany, February 4, 2019 – NORMA Group, a global market leader in engineered joining technology, was honored with the Hidden Champion Award of the management consultancy Clevis Consult (“Clevis”) for its outstanding employer quality for talented young personnel. The award was presented at the Future Talents Forum in Berlin on January 31, 2019. NORMA Group achieved the third-best overall rating out of a total of 15 honored hidden champions. The assessment is based on surveys of former and current interns and working students in which NORMA Group achieved above-average ratings.

The Clevis Future Talent Report is the most comprehensive German study on the satisfaction of interns and working students. Every year, Clevis surveys about 7,600 current and former interns and working students from companies in various industries. The study determines which factors have an influence on the satisfaction of interns and measures the employer quality as well as the brand image of companies.
