Shareholder Structure

Since 2013, the shares of NORMA Group have been 100% in circulation. Thanks to our active investor relations work, NORMA Group shares have since gained international recognition. As a result, awareness of the company among international investors has also risen continuously, so that the shareholder base has been broadly diversified on a regional basis.

From February 27 to March 27, 2026, the Company carried out a share buyback. The total of 3,185,471 shares repurchased under the public share buyback offer represents approximately 10% of all NORMA Group SE shares.

The Management Board of NORMA Group holds less than 1%.
