NORMA Germany GmbH („NORMA Germany“), a subsidiary of NORMA Group AG, congratulates nine young professionals for having successfully completed their apprenticeship training. The class of 2012 also includes five graduates of a combined on-the-job and university training five of whom earned a Bachelor of Arts (business administration) or a Bachelor of Engineering and one of whom graduated as a Master of Science (industrial engineering). All former trainees have been offered permanent employment at NORMA Group in the German facilities in Maintal and Gerbershausen and in Newbury, UK. Going forward, three new machine and systems operators, one industrial administrator, two business economists and three industrial engineers will support the company in its future growth.
Harald Koch, head of HR at NORMA Germany, Klaus Ditzel, chairman of the works council of NORMA Germany, and Pawel Eck, head of training at NORMA Germany, congratulated the young professionals during the graduation ceremony held on 7 September at the headquarters of the company in Maintal. "With the end of your training you now embark on a new stage of your life. You have shown great ambition, dedication and commitment over the past years which have inspired us all. You can be very proud of your achievements," Klaus Ditzel complimented the graduates.
"We are pleased that we can offer our trainees permanent employment. We are excited that you have chosen to continue with the firm and make your contribution to advancing our company. Keep up the enthusiasm and drive you have already exhibited during your training at NORMA Germany," Harald Koch encouraged the graduates.
