NORMA Group AG receives silver Boeing Performance Excellence Award
Maintal, Germany, 8 March 2012
NORMA Group AG (“NORMA Group“), a global market and technology leader in engineered joining technology, today announced that it has received a 2011 Boeing Performance Excellence Award. The Boeing Company issues the award annually to recognize suppliers who have achieved superior performance. NORMA Group maintained a Silver composite performance rating for each month of the 12-month performance period, from October 1, 2010, to September 30, 2011.
This year, Boeing recognized 529 suppliers who achieved either a Gold or Silver level Boeing Performance Excellence Award. NORMA Group is one of only 407 suppliers to receive the Silver level of recognition.

Having received the Boeing Performance Excellence Award demonstrates the high quality of NORMA Group’s engineered joining technology products and solutions as well as our focus on client service and customer satisfaction,” says Werner Deggim, CEO of NORMA Group. “The award also underlines the great dedication of our employees to high performance standards in order to meet and surpass our customers´ expectations.”
NORMA Group supplies worm-gear hose clamps to Boeing for use on a number of commercial aircraft platforms. The company has a track record of more than 20 years in delivering engineered joining technology products and solutions to the aerospace industry. NORMA Group provides a wide portfolio of different aviation specifications, for example innovative products to reduce weight, optimize assembly, and available space for fastener and ducting technology.
