“I am convinced that this program benefits everyone involved – the college, its students, NORMA Group, and our employees,” said Tim Jones, president of the NORMA Group Americas region. “Our employees are already supporting the college and attending its courses. We offer its students the possibility to gain first job experience in return.”
Currently two NORMA Group employees are involved in the graduate Operational Excellence program at the college, and a NORMA Group executive also teaches operational management graduate courses at the school. NORMA Group already has provided two internships at its facilities for both a graduate and undergraduate student. Along with educational advantages, the program also offers students a discount on tuition, participation in on-campus networking events, free access to lectures and seminars and a free textbook. NORMA Group was the first of several manufacturing and healthcare organizations to join the college’s partnership program.
