NORMA Group honored as an employer of young talents

Maintal, Germany, February 4, 2019 – NORMA Group, a global market leader in engineered joining technology, was honored with the Hidden Champion Award of the management consultancy Clevis Consult (“Clevis”) for its outstanding employer quality for talented young personnel. The award was presented at the Future Talents Forum in Berlin on January 31, 2019. NORMA Group achieved the third-best overall rating out of a total of 15 honored hidden champions. The assessment is based on surveys of former and current interns and working students in which NORMA Group achieved above-average ratings.

“We specifically take on working students and interns for permanent positions, which is why the promotion of young talent and personnel development are of particular importance to us,” said Constance von Struensee, Executive Vice President HR at NORMA Group. “Young talents are integrated into our day-to-day business right from the start. They can then contribute their skills and independently advance projects under supervision – these are, in our view, the success factors for an authentic work experience.”

The Clevis Future Talent Report is the most comprehensive German study on the satisfaction of interns and working students. Every year, Clevis surveys about 7,600 current and former interns and working students from companies in various industries. The study determines which factors have an influence on the satisfaction of interns and measures the employer quality as well as the brand image of companies.
